Who We Are

Seaborne Plastics is a specialist manufacturer of precision vacuum-formed plastic components, combining decades of engineering expertise with modern, high-performance production. We exist to help businesses bring complex plastic parts to life by offering reliable, repeatable manufacturing solutions backed by strong engineering principles.

Founded in the UK with a strategically located production centre in the Czech Republic, we serve customers throughout Europe with a focus on quality, consistency, and technical support. Our team’s extensive expertise in vacuum forming and CNC trimming enables us to deliver components that meet exact specifications and performance expectations, time after time.

At our core, we’re problem solvers: we partner with engineers and product designers to turn ideas into manufacturable solutions, investing in technology and process control to ensure outcomes others struggle to achieve.

Our Reach

Our 6000sqm facility in the Czech Republic places us at the heart of Europe. Ten minutes equidistant from Brno city centre and the airport, we benefit from excellent infrastructure, access to skilled technicians and the best modern technology. This central location gives our customers an optimised supply chain with competitive production costs and efficient logistics.

Our roots are firmly established in the UK, built on decades of consistent performance, long term customer relationships, and a reputation for doing things properly. This heritage underpins everything we do today. It provides the technical discipline, process understanding, and commercial stability that allow us to operate with confidence and clarity.
