Quality manager

We are searching for an experienced QUALITY MANAGER.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

– Responsibility for QMS and EMS in organization (100 employees)
– Responsibility for ISO certification – ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015
– Monitoring KPI and creating reports
– Maintaining database of all QMS documentation up to date
– Perform Internal Auditing, cooperate on external audits
– Leading the quality team (2 quality engineers, 4 quality inspectors)
– Maintaining a good relationship with customers
– Active solving of customer complaints with team

We expect you to have the following qualifications:

– Experience in quality management (leading or managerial position), experience in automotive area is necessity
– Degree or equivalent education in an engineering or technical related subject is an advantage
– Knowledge and experience of maintenance of ISO standards (9001:2015, 14001:2015)
– Working knowledge of EMS within Czech Republic regulations
– Knowledge of 8D, PPAP, ISIR
– Experience in project management and APQP is welcomed
– Fluent in both Czech and English language
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Highly motivated, proactive, teamplayer
